1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the StylixAI Chrome extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Extension.

StylixAI is a personal project created and maintained by an independent developer. It is not operated by a registered company or corporation.

2. Description of Service

StylixAI is a Chrome extension that provides AI-powered website customization. The Extension:

  • Allows you to select any element on any webpage
  • Routes your modification request to your chosen AI provider (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok) via your own logged-in session
  • Generates production-ready CSS and applies it live to the page
  • Saves persistent rules per website that auto-apply on revisit

The Extension operates entirely within your browser. It does not run its own servers, databases, or backend infrastructure.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use StylixAI. By using the Extension, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Free & Pro Plans

StylixAI offers two tiers of service:

Free Plan: 20 AI generations per day using the Gemini AI engine. All 40+ style presets, 30+ fonts, color fixer, and quick actions included. No payment required.

Pro Plan: Unlimited AI generations and access to all AI providers (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok). Requires a license key purchase.

  • The Pro license is a one-time purchase valid for 30 days from the date of purchase
  • After 30 days, the license expires and you will revert to the Free plan unless you purchase a new license
  • License keys are purchased through Lemon Squeezy, a third-party payment platform
  • License verification is performed via Lemon Squeezy's official API

5. Payment & Billing

All payments for the Pro plan are processed by Lemon Squeezy. StylixAI does not directly handle, process, or store any payment information such as credit card numbers or billing addresses.

  • The Pro license costs a one-time fee as displayed on the purchase page
  • Payment is processed securely through Lemon Squeezy's checkout
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a license key to activate Pro features
  • The license key is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase
  • StylixAI is not responsible for any payment processing errors on Lemon Squeezy's end

6. Refund Policy

No Refunds After Activation. Once a Pro license key has been activated (entered and verified in the Extension), no refunds will be issued. By activating your license key, you acknowledge that you have received access to the Pro features and agree that the purchase is final.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use StylixAI in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must NOT use StylixAI to:

  • Modify websites in a way that violates their terms of service
  • Inject malicious code or scripts into any webpage
  • Impersonate other users or entities through style modifications
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of any website
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension's code
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Extension or Pro license keys

8. Third-Party Services

StylixAI integrates with the following third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms:

StylixAI is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the StylixAI Extension — including its code, design, branding, and documentation — are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension in accordance with these Terms.

AI-generated CSS produced through the Extension is subject to the terms of the respective AI provider you used to generate it.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

StylixAI is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • AI-generated CSS will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any purpose
  • The Extension will be compatible with future versions of Chrome or AI providers
  • Third-party AI providers will remain available, free, or maintain their current quality

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of StylixAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or reputation
  • Website display issues caused by applied CSS
  • Any issues arising from third-party AI provider changes or downtime
  • Unauthorized access to your AI provider accounts

You use StylixAI at your own risk and are solely responsible for any CSS or style modifications applied through the Extension.

12. Termination

You may stop using StylixAI at any time by uninstalling the Extension. All locally stored data will be permanently removed upon uninstallation.

We reserve the right to revoke Pro license keys if we determine that the Terms of Service have been violated, including but not limited to redistribution of license keys, abusive usage, or fraudulent activity.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension shall be resolved through informal negotiation first, and if necessary, through the competent courts of India.
